4 How many outs are in a baseball inning? Six. Three for each team.

6 A doctor gives you 3 pills and tells you to take one every half-hour. How many minutes go by before you take the last pill? 60 minutes. You take one, wait 30 minutes to take the second, and wait 30 more minutes to take the third. 30 + 30 = 60.

7 An Egyptian has 24 camels. All but 14 die. How many are left? Fourteen. The rest died.

8 How many animals of each gender did Moses take onto the ark? None. Noah was on the ark, not Moses.

9 How many minutes in a 10-round boxing match if each round is 3 minutes with a one-minute break between rounds? 39. 10 x 3 = 30 + 9 = 39

10 How many 10-cent donuts are in a dozen? 12. There are always 12 in a dozen.
