3. The mission of project warrior is to give incentive and motivation for cadets to strive for excellence in leadership, wingman ship, professionalism, and bring forth stronger cohesion throughout each team.

4.  Honor flight is awarded to the flight who demonstrates excellence in:  Professionalism  Military bearing  Warrior knowledge  Customs and courtesies  Wingmanship  Services

5.  Warrior flight will be awarded to the flight who exemplifies excellence in:  Warrior spirit  Physical fitness  Motivation  Ability to inspire others

6.  Recognizes one male and one female who shows excellence in motivation, positive attitude, willingness to be better, professionalism, customs and courtesies, and volunteering  Warrior cadets will receive a prize at the end of each month and be recognized throughout the detachment

7.  Criteria for warrior flight is as follows:  Motivation during pt:(15pts) per flight  Warrior Day: 1 st (150pts),2 nd (100pts),3 rd (50)pts  Warrior quizzes:(2pts) per cadet  Make-up pt:(10pts) per cadet  Warrior cadet:(15pts) per flight  PFA(highest Avg. Percent): 1 st (60pts),2 nd (50pts),3 rd (40pts),4 th (30pts),5 th (20pts), 6 th (10pts)

8.  Criteria for honor flight is as follows:  Accountability:(15pts) per flight  Inspections(least gigs):1 st (50pts),2 nd (40pts),3 rd (30pts)  Drill and ceremonies:(10pts) per flight  Volunteer Events: (5pts) per cadet  Customs and Courtesies:(10pts)per flight  Military Bearing:(10pts)per flight
