Action Steps: Held focus group sessions with over 300 individuals across Aspirus, with staff, management, physicians, volunteers, and Board members. April – May Provided feedback and gained additional input from SLC – June Aspirus Management – August Forum Shared draft of Values with focus group members – September Presented final draft to SLC and received approval – October Reviewed and received approval from Aspirus, Inc. Board – January 2011 Introduced to Aspirus leadership at Management Forum – March 2011
