12. Our Team PANKAJ AGARWAL Pankaj has over 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, Business Development & Operations. His focus areas have been Strategic Planning, Accounts, Fund Management/ Fund Generation, Auditing, Legal Compliances and business deals. In his previous assignments, he has worked with various manufacturing and consulting organisations, wherein apart from the F&A role, he was responsible for setting up new business operations and management. His keen interest in the human capital of organizations saw him diversifying into Business Development and Client Servicing in executive search for Finance/ Accounts & Legal and Top Management roles in his ventures, in addition to his domain expertise. He has handled assignments for medium to large size organizations (both Indian & MNC’s including start up organizations entering India) in various sectors. Pankaj is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a graduate from IGNOU. RAJIV TANDON Rajiv, has an experience of over a decade and half and has been involved in assisting corporate houses in initiating and setting up large KPO and back office projects, along with execution and delivery models.
