Situation: Needs and Assets Identify the needs – ‘real’ and practical Consider the people assets – the person, community, knowledge, skills, attitude, belief, norm and culture Consider the institutional/organizational assets – the subject, panitia, school, PPD/JPN, Ministry, their beliefs, system, infrastructure and facility
