2. GREEN PARTY OF THE NEW WAVE A PARTY OF EXPERTS ALLIANCE OF GREEN FORCES FIRST GREEN PARTY ON A NATIONAL SCALE PART OF GLOBAL GREENS. Registered on May 23, 2012 to be one of the first parties created after eight years of absence of new political forces in Russia. Organized by a group of scientists, ecologists and public managers beyond any business or governmental interest. Unites different groups, organizations and people who coincide in green ideology on different levels, have a green background and at the same time may differ on some other political points. Our representatives are organized in 63 regions of the country. The party counts 1500 members - really green and effective activists. We are the first who aimed to incorporate Russian inner policy within global environmental challenges. Above all we are strongly keen on integrating in European green political movement. WHO WE ARE?

3. IDEOLOGY Sustainable development and a new quality of life for citizens or Russian Federation Development without growth is better than growth without development. Green economy - radical reduction of energy-output ratio. - new green technological mode - rational use of natural resources. Grass-root democracy - decentralization of power. - citizen’s involvement - supremacy of law. Non-violence Peaceful resolution of all internal and external conflicts. Environment protection Constitutional right of citizens to a healthy environment as the base point of social and economic policy.

Russian environmentalist, who became well known for his activities in the chair of the environmental protection department. Ex Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage. Worked as Prefect of the Northern administrative district of Moscow. Cofounder of the Green Alliance. GLEB FETISOV Chairman of the Green Alliance - People’s Party. Member of the Russian Federation Public Chamber. Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Ex Head of Department of macroeconomic regulation and planning of the faculty of economics in Moscow State University. An academic economist, author of more than 100 publications, expert in the sphere of macroeconomics, economic policy and regional economics. Cofounder of the Green Alliance.

7. FIRST ELECTIONS More than 300 our green candidates tried to gain executive and legislative power - the absolute record among non-parliamentary political parties. 15 regions of Russia from Moscow to Vladivostok were involved in the election campaign on greenideology basis. First triumphs and a firm electoral position in TOP-5 of 40 political parties registered in Russia. The joint day of elections to the regional legislatures and executive authorities (October 14 th ) - Party list headed by the chairman Gleb Fetisov gained the 5 th place of 17 in the election to the Parliament of the Republic of North Ossetia. - Party leader Oleg Mitvol took the third place on the high-profile elections of the mayor in the Moscow suburb of Khimki. - Tatyana Aleshkina won the elections to the legislature of Irkutsk suburb of Khomutovo.

8. ACTION THE FIRST GREEN ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR RUSSIA Comprehensive report on the New economic strategy has been elaborated with the lead of Gleb Fetisov and members of Russian Academy of Science. STOP ELEKTROZINK! For the first time ever a party is organizing the plebiscite aimed to close up a deleterious production. ARCTIC GENERAL CLEANUP Council of studying productive forces (SOPS) collaboratively with Green Alliance worked out a plan to clean up the territory of the Franz Josef Land archipelago. The expedition of 115 people to the archipelago removed some 8,000 tons of metal and recycled it. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACTIONS DAY BY DAY Campaign against building of waste incineration plant in Khimki, Let’s do it global action, Petitions against pollution by mechanical engineering plant in Nizhny Novgorod, Sestroretsk lake defence.
