Food Items Typical items include: Milk (UHT or powdered) Sugar (500g) Fruit juice (carton) Soup Pasta sauces Tomatoes (tinned) Cereals Rice Pudding (tinned) Tea bags / Instant coffee Rice / Pasta Tinned fruit Jam Biscuits or snack bar Local food banks have dedicated websites which are updated weekly with items that are needed. Centre leads will announce what specific items are in need from local food bank.

11. Serving Homeless Shelters If you are interested in participating, or would like to organise one in your neighbourhood, please contact your Regional Service Coordinator. An on-going activity in all Regions for many years. As a Special Celebration of Avatar Declaration, each Region will be feeding the Homeless on October 20 th.
