2. Attendance: Students are expected to be in class everyday. Make up work can be found in the bookshelf  Make up drawer  Returned Papers in the numbered drawer Tests or Quizzes need to be made up during the next class period so be prepared !

3. Assignments: You must complete your assignments daily Must Show Work Taken up periodically Graded for effort and/or correctness Late Work  If graded for correctness, lose 10 points per day  If graded for effort – late work will NOT be accepted

4. Substitute Teachers: Be on your very best behavior Follow instructions Assignments will be graded

5. Dismissal: The bell doesn’t dismiss you, I do Make sure you are seated at the end of class No congregating at the door

6. Tardies: You must be in the room completely once the bell completes ringing If you are late:  1 st Offense: Warning  2 nd Offense: Take home detention  3 rd Offense: Take home detention  4 th Offense: Take home detention  5 th and subsequent offenses: discipline referral

7. Hall Passes: You need to be in class for the entire period You may redeem Rountree Bonus Bucks for passes – No Bucks? No Pass

8. Food and Drinks: Bottled (plastic) drinks are allowed No glass bottles, cans or fast food cups No food Clean up after yourself

9. How to be successful in class… Be respectful This classroom is a learning community for everyone Listen to what everyone has to say Ask questions when you don’t get it.
