In January the State 4-H Officers, Collegiate 4-H and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Oklahoma announce the 2006 Pop of Success pop tab campaign in the 4-H Focus on Youth Newsletter. We asked each county to bring as many pop tabs as possible (in a box or firm sided container with lid - no plastic bags) Weight will be counted toward District total in the Spirit Contest Roundup - Service Project Pop Tab Collection Program

7. The State Officer team extends a CHALLENGE to each Roundup participant in association with the current Habitat for Humanity “Dime Drop Project.” The challenge is to bring a minimum of one roll of dimes ($5) per youth and adult delegate to help reach the annual goal of $9000. If each adult and youth can support this effort Oklahoma 4-H can raise an additional $5325 in this year’s Dime Drop Campaign. Roundup - Service Project Habitat for Humanity

8. Record Books Books are in and being checked Very few were disqualified. If possible the committee made corrections, completed forms, input missing data into the computer etc. The main reason for DQ’s was wrong ages. Total number of books and kids UP over past 3 years.
