1- قبل از بیهوشی مریض از صحت دستگاه اطمینان حاصل کنید.
2- فشار داخل شکم مطابق دستور پزشک بین 13 تا 15 میلیمتر جیوه
تنظیم شود ( برای افراد چاق 15 تا 17 میلیمتر جیوه )
3- در حین عمل امکان شنیدن صدای بوق هشدار دستگاه وجود دارد
انسداد لوله به تروکار را بررسی کنید .
4 – از پر بودن کپسول co2 اطمینان حاصل کنید

22. نکات مهم در مورد دستگاه کوتر
1- قبل از شروع عمل جراحي ، از كاركرد صحيح دستگاه اطمينان حاصل كنيد .
2- قبل از شروع به کار توان دستگاه را مطابق با منطقه جراحي تنظيم نمائِيد .
3- دستگاه را دور از تابش مستقيم آفتاب ،‌ حرارت و مواد قابل اشتعال قرار دهيد ..
4- در مجاورت دستگاه از تلفن همراه استفاده نکنيد .
5- همواره از تجهيزات جانبي مختص خود دستگاه استفاده کنيد .
6- دستگاه در محلي صاف و بدون حرکت و لرزش قرار گيرد .
7- براي جابجائي از ترالي مخصوص استفاده نمائيد .
8- از دستگاه بصورت ممتد استفاده نکنيد ، بهترين حالت استفاده ، 30 ثانيه استراحت در ازاي 10
ثانيه کار ميباشد

23. 9- قبل از هر گونه بازديد و نظافت ،‌دستگاه را از برق جدا كنيد .
10- كابل ارت را به جاي مناسب متصل نماييد
11-از وارد آوردن ضربه به مجموعه دستگاه خود داري نمائيد .
12- هنگام جا زدن و اتصال كابلها به كانكتور هاي مربوطه به علائم و نشانه هاي روي
آنها دقت كنيد .
13-از كشيده شدن و پيچ خوردن سیم های ارتباطي جلوگيري نماييد .
14-پليت بيمار انواع مختلفي دارد که از لحاظ توان باهم متفاوت ميباشند ( سيليکوني– فلزي
ويکبار مصرف ) در صورت برقراری اتصال مناسب نوع هر پلیت قابل استفاده با دسگاه
خواهد بود .

24. 15- دقت کنيد که نصب و قرارگيري نامناسب پليت بيمار باعث سوختن بيمارميشود .
16- محل قرار گيري پليت ميبايست نزديکترين فاصله به منطقه عمل و داراي گردش خون
خوبي باشد .
17- دقت کنيد که سطح تماس پليت و بيمار کاملا تميز باشد .
18-از قرار دادن ظروف محتوي مايعات روي دستگاه خود داري فرمائيد .
