Cadet Chain of Command The Cadet chain of command exists to: 1) familiarize Cadets with the Army’s standard organizational structure; 2) provide Cadets with hands-on leadership training and development; 3) enable effective communications and share information among cadre and all Cadets; 4) resolve Cadet problems at the lowest possible level whenever possible. The Cadet chain of command does not replace the cadre, but does assist cadre members in sharing information and solving problems. Make it work for you by following it when you have a question or need assistance.
