3. 3 Changes based on the comments from Wuhan Meeting Denise: Liaison statement to SC7? Editor: Is there any information from Denise and Francois? Denise: the metamodel should be made as simple possible (e.g., is it really necessary to have Operation and Object element decomposed from Goal element?) We should consider the context of RGPS, and the ultimate goal is to provide better service discovery. Editor: The Operation and Object element are necessary in RGPS framework, meanwhile, these elements establish the relationship with MFI-3 by Ontology_Atomic_Construct element. But we agree that Goal element can exist without Operation and Object element (the metamodel has been modified, with the cardinality of Operation and Object is changed to 0..1).

4. 4 Changes based on the comments from Wuhan Meeting Keith: Current definition of Operation element mean nothing. Editor: We modify the description as: Operation is a metaclass that denotes the action or behavior that a goal has. (adding “behavior”) Keith: There is no description that explicitly specify that Operational_goal is a goal that is indecomposable. We add description about the attribute is_operational in Goal element, that: An Operational_goal is a goal that is indecomposable further.

5. 5 Changes based on the comments from Wuhan Meeting Denise: Please review/verify the cardinality from Goal element to Operation, Object, and other concepts. The cardinality from Goal element to Operation, Object is changed to 0..1, which means that Goal can have Operation, Object, or exists without them. Keith: The cardinality relationship between Goal and Role_Goal_Model should be reconsidered. The cardinality from Role_Goal_Model to Goal is changed to 0..*, which means that one Role_Goal_Model can have multiple Goals.

6. 6 Changes based on the comments from Wuhan Meeting Horiuchi: refer to OMG UPDM specification UPDM provides a Unified Profile for DoDAF (Department of Defense Architecture Framework)/MoDAF (Ministry of Defense Architecture Framework), which is a general language to specify heterogeneous Architecture Framework. Some basic concepts from UPDM is quite similar to RGPS, and MFI-9 (on-demand model selection) will refer to UPDM.
