REFEDS RFCs REFEDS Docs Published as RFCs in 2013 it was decided to publish some REFEDS docs as RFCs Pros: More weight to the docs Cons: More overhead RFC main stream vs RFC independent stream Decided to use independent stream with REFEDS header Long process Meanwhile REFEDS docs should follow the RFC format
