4. Where do we get the idea that Jesus held offices? n We see that Jesus held offices from his titles of Christ & Messiah - Christ In Greek Means Anointed One - Messiah in Hebrew also Means Anointed One (Acts 10:38 & Matthew 3:16)

These accounts tell us how God in his love carried out his plan of salvation down through the many years. But it is also proper for us to think about Jesus each time we read about an OT prophet, priest, or king. This is true because each of these accounts was also a picture for the OT believers of what the Messiah to come would do for them.
