What Jesus requires in return... “Come to Me...” cf. Isa 55:3; Jn 7:37-38 “Take My yoke upon you” (yoke=discipleship) “Learn from Me” Mt 28:19-20; Jn 8:31 “My yoke is easy” 1Jn 5:3 “My burden is light” Ph 2:12-13; 4:13 The Savior’s Tender Invitation We must become disciples of Jesus Christ!

How one accepts this invitation... It begins with baptism Mt 28:19 For the remission of sins Ac 2:38; 22:16 Rising to newness of life Ro 6:3-4 It continues with learning and doing Mt 28:20 Through the apostles’ doctrine Ac 2:41-42 Growing in grace and knowledge 2Pe 3:18 The Savior’s Tender Invitation
