10 West Virginia HIGHER EDUCATION Policy Commission Fry Scholarship Previously only available to surviving children Surviving spouses on Jan. 1, 2015 Generally, irrevocable election from Ch. 35 DEA Children lose eligibility at age 33 Spouses lose eligibility 15 years after the loss or upon remarriage Fry is paid under Ch. 33 but no Yellow Ribbon
