4 Landsat Data Continuity Mission(LDCM)  Scheduled for launch December 2012  Bands will be similar to Landsat 7, with added deep blue and cirrus bands. It will carry a thermal band  No-cost download  # of scenes increase from 250 per day to 400  Limited off-nadir capability

5 No-cost data downloads  Began with Landsat and aerial photography archives  Expanded to current Landsat data  Added additional satellite data

6 No-cost data downloads  Aerial photography  Elevation data  DLG, DOQ  Satellite data, includes historic archive of Landsat data and all current acquisitions continued

7 Additional satellite data  French SPOT data over U. S. 1986-1998  SPOT 4,5 data buy of U.S. coverage soon available  Quickbird  IKONOS  WORLDVIEW  ORBVIEW  LIMITED RADARSAT  AVHRR  EO-1

8 Download successes for Landsat data  Begun July, 2008 on a test case basis  When fee was assessed, up to 20,000 scenes per year  As of April 2010, over 2 million scenes downloaded.
