4. OK, SO WE’RE NOT BEATING USC YET, BUT THEY’RE ONE WEEK AHEAD OF US, WE HAVE MORE TEAMS AND MORE PARTICPANTS. Basically, we need to make more money too!!! FUNDRAISE!!!

5. 1.We have some great raffle prizes lined up, like skydiving tickets, signed GLEE merchandise, tickets to the Geffen Playhouse, and lots more! 2.Late night energy drink pong tournament – come play to help get you through those late-night laps. 3.Performers: Girls are Robots; Medleys, Scattertones, Awaken A Capella, Signature A Cappella, Random Voices, Lala Land Dance Company, and more! 4.Paul Mitchell haircuts for Pantene Beautiful Lengths 5.Paint UCLA Purple is April 16 th - the day before the event; rock your purple out- best costume gets awarded at closing ceremonies!

6. Pantene Beautiful Lengths is a program that takes donated hair and makes free wigs for cancer patients. They accept untreated hair 8 inches or longer. Paul Mitchell will be doing the haircuts for free!!!

7.  THE CHALLENGE: Raise $10 per day for each of the week days until Bank Night on April 13 th. Even if you haven’t started fundraising, that will put you at $100 by Relay!  Some ideas: auction off your teammates; collect spare change; throw a party and charge an entry fee; beg in Westwood (costume optional); bake sale; add the Facebook application; SEND YOUR E-MAILS

8.  You need to raise $100 to get the event shirt and food at the event!!!  Did you know: If you raise over $250, the American Cancer Society will send you a present!!! Check out the 2010 incentive recognition program!

9.  Alpha Delta Pi will be selling some classy Relay for Life sunglasses, so reply to the e-mail when it comes out so they know how many to order.  Other fundraising ideas: offer a dorm room cleaning service; be a Bruin Walk body guard; hold a car wash; singing telegrams; do stupid things for money; GET CREATVE!!!  To our current top fundraisers: What’s your secret???

10. Bring the envelope with any cash or checks your team has collected Campsites will be chosen in fundraising order – THE TOP FUNDRAISING TEAM GETS TO CHOOSE THEIR CAMPSITE AND THE TEAM CAMPING NEXT TO THEM!!! You will pick up t-shirts for anyone on your team who has raised $100. Bank night takes a long time (remember we have 149 teams to process) so please be patient!
