3 Adopt 21 st century teaching approaches To develop in the students reading habits in such a way that they become independent learners and intellectual human beings. To apply Bloom’s taxonomy.

4 To initiate reading habits thoroughly in class to develop an inquisitive mind in children. To help them to become a more independent learner. To encourage weak students and promote critical thinking by changing questioning strategies. Use of computer to develop interest in subject. Increase interest in Urdu literature.

Use activity based learning techniques (role play, Quiz, story telling) Peer checking, group work. Arrange extra periods for missing work. Make suitable and acceptable arrangements. To set a library corner in class. Brief about my plan in advance.

8 JANUARY group work to enhance students reading and writing skills.(Comprehension, Sentence making ) FEBRUARY practicing critical thinking questions.(Quiz) MARCH presentations and competitions. (Project Work, reading competitions) APRIL spelling and vocabulary practice.(dictation, use of dictionary) MAY students at this stage will be writing book review independently. (Book Review, Story writing)
