TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH Streamline the CDM process Increase the communication with stakeholders (mainly between UNFCCC Secretariat and PPs – DOEs); Provide focal points / communication channels; Reduce lead times for EB decisions; Standardize/define project activities (rules) and forms (such as DOEs reports); Provide timelines for projects / ways to end projects; Provide clear tools / define clear, transparent, understandable, general accepted and reasonable rules at process and project level; Define concrete, clear and reachable timelines in the processes for all participants; Summary of decisions and their applicability. 12.03.20117th CDM Joint Coordination Workshop_Tolcach, Eric9
