P ARALLEL R EPORTING ● Parallel reporting (reporting both the SEDF and the I Record in the Fall MSC) is being discussed ● Pros: Gives divisions a year to make sure their data is accurate in the MSC based upon what is submitted using the old SEDF model ● Cons: Required reporting the information to two different collections No deadlines can be missed on the reporting ● Thoughts?
11
W HEN ? ● The layout should be finalized by May 1 st ● Changes will take place starting with the Fall 2013- 2014 IPAL-MSC collection ● All elements will be reported on both the Fall and EOY collections ● NO slippage of deadlines HUGE financial impact on missed deadlines!
