Reimbursement of Medical Expenses In the case that you have to pay for self assistance (drugs, labratory tests, transportation or communication) you must keep all receipts and documents. Then, in order to be reimbursed, you must send all original documents to: AVENIDA APOQUINDO 4499, PISO 7, LAS CONDES, SANTIAGO Attention to: ASSISTANCE DEPARTMENT The documents must be sent with your COMPLETE NAME and PASSPORT NUMBER. The Reimbursement Procedure takes 2 weeks aprox.

After you report your lost luggage in a domestic flight with a Property Irregularity Report, you can call us in order to proceed with the luggage location. We´ll let you know about any information regarding the claim status. LUGGAGE LOCATION AND LOST OR STOLEN DOCUMENTS We can help you connecting you with the credit card company to lock the credit card. In case of Lost or Stolen Passport, we will provide you all the information about how you can get a replacements of your documents as soon as posiible, either with the consulate in Santiago or in other cities.
