Overview Strong community focus Ability to represent the interests of the community at large taking into consideration the impact of decisions on the various neighborhoods so actions are fair across the entire community Orientation to work in a cooperative, consensus-driven group Good communication skills being open to and encouraging communication from other committee members, the management company, the Board of Directors and the community Ability to be a steward of the community budget and assets and to make decisions to the benefit of the overall community Able to dedicate the time and energy required to do justice to the committee responsibilities and not overburden other committee members with the work at hand Election Process

Accounts Receivable - Money legally owed to the HOA for dues (including accrued interest) that have not been paid by homeowners. At October 31, 2009, total Accounts Receivable was $44,500 - which is approximately 20% of this year's Assessment Revenue through October. By comparison, at this time last year, Accounts Receivable was $19,500, which was approximately 12% of 2008's Assessment Revenue through October.
