2008 Project Design MAIN FLOOR PLAN New Goloka Dhama Dimmocks Mill Road, Hillsborough, NC, 27278 Design is also inspired from current Hillsborough Temple as well New Zealand Temple The layout of the main temple hall is octagonal and so is the dining hall below it. This shape allows more flexibility in developing multipurpose uses that are well connected. The site and temple design will incorporate Vedic architectural features inside and outside the building as well as a traditional, yet modern dome over the altar.
