C ontract letter is generated when Adjunct faculty accepts the LOA 6.A local program (pzx0009) inserts employee into a local payment table (PZRADJT). 8.A Report is generated for the Payroll Office supplying the information to be entered into the state’s payroll system.  We use the HR/CMS additional pay panel - Only touch the employee once. 5.
