Summary The MCC faculty and staff who work in the ECE/EDU department and in the CLC take great pride in their roles as leaders within the early childhood community. These programs have an excellent reputation; therefore, employers in the region actively recruit our students. The replacement of one ECE/EDU faculty member and the CLC director is essential, in order to continue to provide high quality educational experiences for MCC students.
