2 Training Requirements December 1, 2013 Training must be provided to all employees on the following topics Labels including components of the label, use of the labels and pictograms used in labeling SDS Components of the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) replacing the current MSDS

3 Pictograms Pictograms will be used to identify specific hazards associated with the chemical Pictograms will be compliant with UN resolution to ensure labeling is consistent internationally

4 Pictograms Gas Cylinder Gases under pressure

5 Pictograms Corrosion Skin Corrosion/Burns Eye Damage Corrosive to Metals

6 Pictograms Exploding Bomb Explosives Self- Reactives Organic Peroxides

7 Pictograms Flame Flammables Pyrophoric Self-Heating Emits Flammable Gas Self-Reactives Organic Peroxides

8 Pictograms Flame Over Circle Oxidizers

9 Pictograms Skull & Crossbones Acute Toxicity (fatal or toxic)

10 Pictograms Health Hazard Carcinogen Mutagenicity Reproductive Toxicity Respiratory Sensitizer Target Organ Toxicity Aspiration Toxicity
