13. www.hee.nhs.uk The ATP Model Goal: Every u/g student nurse to have a substantive placement in General Practice 8 Hub Practices set up providing regional coverage Each Hub recruits a network of spoke practices (similar to VTS model) Hub patch to be 20+ practices Admin funding from Health Education Yorkshire and the Humber and tariff payments to practices taking student nurses All placements minimum of 6 weeks
