6. EXAMPLES In December 2009, the Transportation Security Administration had published online the procedures for screening airline passengers and luggage. This information should of stayed a secret because passengers could use this knowledge to sneak in illegal substances or even weapons and explosives. Wen Ho Lee was accused of shifting top secret information on the development, design, and tests of US nuclear weapons into a computer network where china could acquire the information. This in turn helped china move forward with the designing of their nuclear weapons. Without this information china would of never been where they are now in designing nuclear weapons.

8. THE FINAL DECISION The government has done a great job maintaining Area 51 as top secret All these statements are reasons why the government decided to keep Area 51 hidden from the public In the end, the government found the best possible solution that will benefit the U.S. as a whole
