3. 2008 Goals  Increase Membership by 5% to 51 2008 Membership had a slight decrease due to acquisitions and business changes  Increase Annual Meeting Attendees 10% to 75 Actual attendance Budget restrictions due to earnings challenges  Maintain Exhibitor Support 2007 Exhibitors 2008 Exhibitors  Others In 2007 Town Hall Meeting Review

4. 2008 ANNUAL MEETING  Attendance 43 Members 25 Member Banks 8 First Time Attendees 12 Exhibitors  Additional early registration fee discount - First two member bank attendees - $450 and $225 for each additional member bank attendee

5. 2007 Town Hall In Review  Actively solicit new members for BDUG throughout the year 2008 Membership had a slight decrease from 48 To 42 due to acquisitions and business changes  Actively participate in industry related Participated in quarterly SIFMA call Continue focus in 2009 with committee member changes  Meet frequently with DTCC representatives Annual meeting with DTCC Management held in March DTCC participation in Class Action and DRS Webinars

6. 2007 Town Hall in Review  Communicate to you more frequently regarding industry related topics Class Action Committee DRS Webinar  Spend less time planning the annual meeting and more time on industry related topics Created Industry Liaison Committee Role Revisit annual meeting planning options as Liaison role develops

7. BDUG Committee Restructured The Following Changes will require a vote from the membership  Audit and By-Laws Committee Position Audit and By-Laws incorporated into Vice Chairperson role  Create Industry Liaison Member Become more active in the industry Work with members and other Industry committees Work in progress  Vote on changes Audit and By Laws responsibilities to Vice Chairperson role Creating Industry Liaison Committee Position

8. 2009 AND BEYOND – ANNUAL MEETING  2009 Commitment to SandPearl Resort – Clearwater, FL In current environment attendance from members and exhibitors a concern $21,000 non-refundable deposit  2010 commitment on hold Work with DTCC to include other entities Combine meeting with other industry group(s)
