4. 18 total slices Tested Deep Learning with 90 th slice in 3 channels at 32x32 pixels 53% Accuracy Tested 90 th slice image at 256x256 in 3 channels 60% Accuracy

5. Problems Deep learning program (Caffe) is complicated. Spent 2 days adjusting and debugging the code. Never used Linux before.

6. Moving on… Next Week I will – Test different slices, and different combinations of slices. 100 th slice, 120 th slice, etc. Combine slices – 95 th, 100 th, 105 th
