1 Note: Suppose your partner asks you, "FOR-FOR YOU MAD?" and you are not mad? I recommend that you respond, "NOT MAD ME (while shaking the head negatively). Or suppose you don't have a boyfriend, (or girlfriend) and your signing partner asks you if your boyfriend (or girlfriend) gets jealous easy. You might reply, "(not)-HAVE BOY- FRIEND."

2 Sometimes I may put new vocabulary into sentences. That means you might not know all the signs in the sentence. Be BOLD and ask what certain signs mean and feel free to seek additional information.

3 REMEMBER… If you don’t understand, use these signs: HEY, AGAIN, SLOW, SPELL, FORGET
