4 Global Implementation: Easy as 1,2,3 Step 1: Define your program goals, intentions and scale; Collect data to guide the process; Focus your approach and determine your target(s) (needs, feedback and data driven); Develop/augment guidance policies & procedures; and, Create a plan and gain support & buy-in at all levels of the organization.

5 Step 2 Gain partner(s) (e.g., vendor, mentor, strategic partners, etc.); Delivery methodology & system (e.g., computer- based, hands-on, etc.); Establish a network scheme to administer the program; Develop a scaleable rollout strategy (e.g., phased, modular, matrix approach, etc.); and, PILOT THE PROGRAM (feedback into strategy).

6 Step 3 Establish a baseline; Create program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Develop multiple levels of stakeholder objectives, expectations and accountabilities (i.e., scorecard, personal objectives, etc.); Devise a reporting system to support the effort (e.g., MIS reporting function, periodic reports, etc.); Inspect what your expect; and, Continuously improve the effort.
