Embed high-impact experiences into all university curricula. Reinvent pedagogy to connect with millennial learners. Establish a global competency component within the liberal education core curriculum. Recommit to equitable and pervasive student success. Recast faculty/staff performance criteria under the umbrella of university citizenship. Realign curricular program array to reflect cost, sustainability, and demand. Increase graduate, transfer, and adult-returning student enrollment. Implement a revenue-sharing model that incentivizes and rewards departmental engagement with the overall institutional health.
