Attempted Illegal Entry Scenario Two operatives are directed to enter the Port Facility in order to assess the security measures for a sabotage operation in the future. Each will make the attempt independently of the other, and at a different time during the day.

Attempted Illegal Entry Controller Tasks Intruder 1 will approach an isolated part of the perimeter fence with a wire cutter and act suspiciously at the fence for about 15min. Intruder 2 will approach a seldom used side- gate with a bolt cutter of the perimeter fence and act suspiciously at the gate for about 15min.
