SUBJECT + FREQUENCY ADVERB + VERB
We use them to talk about the frequency of the things we do. I always cook meal. She usually helps me. Melih often visits his uncle. Melissa and Melis sometimes play chess. We seldom cook meal. They rarely eat chocolate. SUBJECT + FREQUENCY ADVERB + VERB

Never is different from other frequency adverbs.
We use it in positive sentence, but its meaning is negative, so the sentence is negative. I never eat chocolate. I do not eat chocolate. She never rides a horse. She does not ride a horse.

SUBJECT + TO BE + FREQUENCY ADVERB
She is usually with us. He is never late for work. We are seldom at home at 17:00. You are always careful about your duty. SUBJECT + TO BE + FREQUENCY ADVERB

Other Frequency Expressions
We use some other frequency adverbs. I visit Malatya once/twice/thrice a week. She reads a book three/four/five times a month. They help me to clean every weekend. He writes articles for the New York Times every day. We go to school every week.
