All the feedback areas on the web site will be in a form that is emailed directly to the National Board Member that it pertains to. The web server will support SSL (Secured Socket Layer: Secure way to transfer data across the internet between the browser and the web server) to ensure that all transactions are secure. The ISP selected will be reputable and reliable. The ISP will not provide any free chat sites or news groups. The ISP will provide a secure environment to host the Web Site. AKEB USA will be given monthly reports on the number of hits made to the web site and which locations these hits came from. There will also be a log made by a script on the web site that will record the IP address of the user access to the web site.
