WHY YOU HAVE THE POWER… In synaptic pruning, synapses not used very often are removed, allowing the brain to redirecting resources towards more active synapses This means that teens have the potential to shape their own brain development—”Use them or lose them” By learning and repeating appropriate behaviors (i.e. role playing), you are helping to shape your minds and futures!!
