Outside Bone or Compact Bone Bone is a producer that produces calcium and phosphorus. Compact bone makes blood inside the bone and sends it out through little holes and passages called osteons.

Inside Bone or Bone Marrow Bone Marrow is the inner part of a bone. This is the main healing area of a bone. If your bone breaks then the bone marrow helps heal the broken bone.

Cartilage Cartilage is the material that surrounds the bone at a joint. This helps protects the bone from the warring down of bone tissue.

Tendons Tendons are muscles that surround the bone to allow the bone to have movement.
