TIGERS PHYSICAL FEATURES
The tigers fur is a pattern of dark vertical stripes. The tigers life span is years. The tiger can weigh 720 pounds (363 kg.) The tigers paws are like normal cat paws but only bigger. The Siberian tiger can be seven feet long. The tiger is the largest cat in the world The tigers claws can be stretched out to use as weapons. Most of the time the claws are kept pulled in so they don’t get damaged. The tigers paws have thick pads underneath and in captivity it can live up to 26 years old

Tiger’s Habitat Tiger’s live in North Korea Jungles and China Grassland They also live in open spaces and places with tall trees and grasses They can also live in North, East and South Sumatra plus Africa Tiger’s can/do live in Central Asia Mountains also Eastern Asia jungles and Southern Asia Grasslands Some tiger’s live in Eastern Russia jungles right now

Tiger’s food/diet Tigers are meat-eating mammal.
Tigers hunt for their food in grasslands, water, mountains, and forests. In a forest , a tigers might hunt for deer, wild pigs , samba deer, Chital deer, monkeys, snakes and antelope, porcupines, wild ox and axis deer. In the grassland a tigers eats young elephants, rhinos, lizards, wild cattle and wild bull. WOW! In the water a tiger might eat crabs, turtles, and fish.

Tigers Endangered Status
This is a way we can help tigers to not be endangered any more: run the people that are selling tiger skins out of business. Tigers are running out of space because people are building houses on there land. Tigers are mostly endangered because poachers – people who hunt illegally. There used to be 100,000 tigers in Asia, now there are only 4,000 left in the whole world. People pay $65,000 for 1 tiger skin!!!!! Tigers mostly get shot . The Bail , Javan, and Caspian tigers are extinct.
