If you do, provide the same level of care as a certified orthodontist Refer at age 7 to avoid the liability of missing orthodontic problems in your young patients Early treatment or observation/guidance is a rewarding part of orthodontic practice Be aware of bite issues in all three dimensions Be aware of issues resulting from Ectopic Eruptions
