13. Primary sources, Federal and State, are being migrated first. MARC21 catalog records for statutes, case law, digests, and administrative agency reports will be upgraded first. We believe the e-treatise records and the e-periodical records will require the least amount of conversion work – probably just an additional URL for the WestlawNext platform. Statutes, for example, are undergoing a content re-organization. Annual files are being re-grouped as –Current –Historical CURRENT PLANS
