6 Getting your kids to eat vegetables For finger foods – Cook baby carrots until soft Add onions & peppers to scrambled eggs Add frozen vegetables to soups

7 What’s best – fresh or frozen or canned vegetables? Fresh vegetables are best if they are in season (summer & fall) Frozen vegetables have good nutrition & easy to cook Canned vegetables are fine, but they are high in sodium (drain and rinse)
