8. Phil. 3:13-15 13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.

10. The prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus: Paul was focused on one thing and would not let those things which are behind distract him from it. ONE THING I DO… He pressed on for the prize.

17. Be Sure to Know Why you are pressing! Why are you a Christian? Jesus commands everyone the same thing to become one of His disciples. Mtt. 28:18-20 John 14:6 Heb. 5:8,9 Are you a dedicated Christian? Can The Lord depend on you?

18. To worship in spirit and in truth. John 4:23,24 To remember Jesus on the First day of each week. “This do in remembrance of me Acts 20:7 To Sing. Eph. 5:19; Col. 3:16 To Give as you have prospered. I Cor. 16:1- 3 To Hear the precious word of God!. Acts 2:42 To Pray without ceasing. I Thess. 5:17

21. You know the devil is trying to discourage you …I Pet. 5:7-8 He isn’t only after you…he is after us all!. But you know Christ is ready to strengthen you! Phil. 4:13 I can’t take one step alone…can you?

29. My Reflection Thank you God for helping me today… Thank you God for everything that you have given me Thank you God for allowing me the time To study, to worship, to be cheerful, to be happy, to be with Jesus. My Resolve: Let me each day, keep pressing onward to HIGHER GROUND!
