CoE Mission and Mandate Mandate To drive strategies through research, cross-sector collaboration, marketing and branding to: Act as a research and information aggregator on region’s talent and educational strengths Enhance the quality of the region’s financial services-related educational offerings Facilitate a cross-sector dialogue with focus on building our talent and educational advantage Attract top local and global talent to Toronto region’s FS sector 5/9/20155

The Centre of Excellence Service #1 Aggregate or create strategic information on regional and global talent-related issues to provide direction and foster cross-sector innovation on emerging program and career sector needs and enable other CoE services Service #2 Work with employers and educators to strengthen and improve alignment, focus and quality of financial services-related educational and training programs by facilitating working sessions and encouraging cross-sector dialogue on relevant talent-related issues 6 The focus on Talent
