This includes penalties for individuals, individuals as a person conducting a business and body corporate. The attached document from the Safe Work SA has more information regards discriminatory, coercive or misleading conduct. It states that ‘the model WHS Act prohibits: any person authorising or assisting discriminatory conduct for a prohibited reason; coercion or inducement to exercise a power or role or not to exercise that power or role under the model WHS Act; and misrepresentation about a person’s rights, obligations or ability to make a complaint seeking compliance with the model WHS Act.’ Email Etiquette
