K d, Freundlich, and Langmuir isotherms
2
File → New → Sorbing Surfaces → Kd Pull aqueous species from a thermo dataset Enter a unique identifier for the sorbing surface.
3
Right click → add Basis… → Ni ++ Choose a basis, redox, or aqueous species from the list Supply a K d then click Apply Ni ++ properties taken from thermo dataset automatically
4
File → New → Sorbing Surfaces → Freundlich
5
Basis… → Am +++ Supply a K f and n f then click Apply Am +++ properties taken from thermo dataset automatically Right click → add
6
File → New → Sorbing Surfaces → Langmuir
7
Langmuir datasets have one uncomplexed site, >L: You can edit its name if you’d like to consider multiple Langmuir datasets simultaneously.
8
Basis… → Ag + Supply a log K and temperature derivative, then click Apply Ag + properties taken from thermo dataset automatically Right click → add
