The first form of child care began in the 19 th century in order to take care of children while their mothers worked.

They supervise the children and make sure they are in great shape, cook nutritious meals, and keep the environment safe and sanitary for them.

24. Management and Organization The first step to finding new employees is to advertise that we are hiring. We will do this by placing ads in the flyer and the local newspaper. In order to apply for a position, you must have obtained required licensing and credentials. After these documents have been submitted we shall schedule interviews for the eligible candidates. Afterwards, we are going to choose the amount of needed employees and hire that many of the previously interviewed candidates who were the most qualified.
