God cares enough to warn you! Proverbs 23:29-32 (NIV) Who has woe? Who has sorrow? Who has strife? Who has complaints? Who has needless bruises? Who has bloodshot eyes? Those who linger over wine, who go to sample bowls of mixed wine. Do not gaze at wine when it is red, when it sparkles in the cup, when it goes down smoothly! In the end it bites like a snake and poisons like a viper.

An ounce of prevention is worth a ______ of cure. pound

Resurrected by Jesus! John 11:38-44 (TEV) Deeply moved once more, Jesus went to the tomb, which was a cave with a stone placed at the entrance. "Take the stone away!" Jesus ordered. Martha, the dead man's sister, answered, "There will be a bad smell, Lord. He has been buried four days!" Jesus said to her, "Didn't I tell you that you would see God's glory if you believed?" They took the stone away. Jesus looked up and said, "I thank you, Father, that you listen to me. I know that you always listen to me, but I say this for the sake of the people here, so that they will believe that you sent me." After he had said this, he called out in a loud voice, "Lazarus, come out!" He came out, his hands and feet wrapped in grave cloths, and with a cloth around his face. "Untie him," Jesus told them, "and let him go."
47
Resurrected by Jesus! John 11:38-44 (TEV) “Deeply moved once more…” Jesus cares deeply about your well being! When Lazarus died, Jesus wept and went to comfort Lazarus’ family. Jesus knows your pain and wants to help.
48
Resurrected by Jesus! John 11:38-44 (TEV) "There will be a bad smell, Lord. He has been buried four days!" Jesus isn’t put off by the smell or appearance of your grave clothes! Others may distance themselves from you because of your addiction but Jesus never will.
49
Resurrected by Jesus! John 11:38-44 (TEV) “Lazarus come out…” Jesus loves you too much to allow you to remain in your self-made tombs of addiction. Jesus boldly and authoritatively calls you out of addiction into His glorious light and presence.
50
Resurrected by Jesus! John 11:38-44 (TEV) “Untie him and let him go…” Lazarus was resurrected and came out of his tomb but was still bound by his grave clothes. Jesus called to others to help Lazarus take them off. Jesus may call upon you to help others be free of their grave clothes too!
