Board Requirements Learn & promote TheACY’s vision and mission Our board structure –Honorary Board no meetings, gives of name, influence and affluence to support the growth the organization –Board Members attend 3 out of 4 meetings per year –Executive Board attends 9 out of 12 meetings per year –Advisory Board by phone as needed Five hundred dollars get or give policy Chair at least one committee, be a committee member of at least one committee Be loyal to The ACY and avoid conflict of interests, keep all matters confidential Criminal & background check required Email: Info@TheACY.org
